Partial Wedding Planning 

This package is perfect for the couple who want a medium amount of assistance during their planning process. This service allows for the couple to have a planner on site the day of their wedding as well as 25 extra hours to use at the client’s discretion. Some services can be substituted for others.

This package includes the following:

  • One planning meeting at the beginning of the planning process

  • 25 extra hours for any wedding related meetings or other tasks

  • Visit one venue at the beginning of the planning process

  • Work with three vendors of the client’s choice

  • Attend top three vendor choice meetings

  • Attend one tasting and one décor meeting

  • Attend stationer meeting to finalize invitation design and wording

  • Five hours of assistance with custom design elements and other elements like seating charts or guest book

  • Three wedding related errands

  • A planner will be with the client the whole day of the wedding from getting ready to clean up

Full Wedding Planning

The Full-Service planning is for clients who want a fully assisted process with a certified planner by their side the whole way! This package allows the client unlimited hours of planning time along with the day of service! With this service, the Victoria Belle Events team will be by your side from the engagement to the end of your wedding day event! The Victoria Belle team will assist you with any of your wedding needs and we will handle all the details!

 

This package includes the following:

  • Planning meetings

  • Creating a detailed budget plan

  •  Review and negotiate vendor contracts 

  • Vendor hiring

  • Act as main contact for all vendors

  • Attend all hired vendor meetings

  • Put together a layout of the venue for vendors

  • Put together a layout for tables, décor, cake table, drink station, etc

  • A detailed wedding day timeline to include arrival times for wedding

  • parties and family along with schedule times for hair & makeup, and

  • arrival times for vendors (4 to 6 weeks prior to the big day).

  • Shopping and attaining wedding items

  • Assist with making the gift registry

  •  Assist with stationary such as save the date, invitations, and RSVP management

  • Book accommodations for guest such as transportation or hotel blocking

  • A planner will be with the client for the whole wedding day from getting ready to clean up

  •  Any and all other wedding related tasks

This service allows for the couple to have a planner on-site the day of their wedding as well as 25 extra hours to use at the client’s discretion. Some services can be substituted for others.
 

This package includes the following:

● One planning meeting at the beginning of the planning process 

● 25 extra hours for any wedding-related meetings or other tasks 

 ● Work with three vendors of the client’s choice 

● Attend top three vendor choice meetings 

● Attend one tasting and one décor meeting 

● Attend stationery meeting to finalize invitation design and wording 

● Five hours of assistance with custom design elements and other elements like seating charts or guest signage 

● Three wedding-related errands 

● A planner will be with the client the whole day of the wedding (from pre-ceremony getting ready to end of event clean up) 

Wedding 
Management

This package would be for couples who wish to take on a more active role in their wedding planning! After planning your dream wedding, this service will supply you with a month-of-planner that will help you make sure everything runs smoothly at the wedding! 

This package includes the following:

● Vendor recommendations 

● Assist couple via email or phone call for any wedding related details 

● Couple will be given a to-do list to keep them on track as well as a vendor payment form 

● In person planning meeting 4-6 weeks before the day of

● Walk through at venue 4-6 weeks before wedding 

● Meet with major vendors 4-6 weeks before wedding 

● Final in-person planning meeting 2 weeks before wedding

 ● A wedding day itinerary will be made and given to the couple and wedding party, as well as family members

● Wedding rehearsal coordination 

● A planner will be present during the full day of the wedding 

● Supervise ceremony and reception set up as well as vendor set up 

● Make sure wedding day runs smoothly and is stress-free for the couple 

Event Management 
Upgrades

Some clients that use our management package may need extra time with the Victoria Belle team! These upgrades give our clients a few extra hours to spend with their wedding planner! 

These upgrades include the following:

● Basic Upgrade (5 extra hours) $375 

          ○ One extra in-person planning meeting or venue visit

          ○ One wedding-related errand such as personal shopping 

● Moderate Upgrade (8 extra hours) $600

          ○ One extra in-person meeting or venue visit 

          ○ A planner will attend one tasting or décor meeting 

 ○ Two wedding-related errands such as personal shopping or        picking up wedding items 

● Luxury Upgrade (11 extra hours) $825

○ One extra in-person planning meeting 

○ A planner will attend one tasting or décor meeting

○ Three wedding-related errands 

 ○ Two hours of assisting couples with creative wedding aspects          (seating charts, guests’ gifts, etc.)

Other Wedding Related Events

Victoria Belle events also offers other wedding related events so you can make the most out of celebrating you and your partner.

These events include the following:

  • Bridal Shower Planning - Starting at $1,300

    • This add-on would include one planning meeting to plan aspects of the shower such as invitations, décor, set up, and clean up.

    • A planner would assist the clients with vendor and venue selection as well as mailing invitations and managing RSVPs.

    • Vendor services and materials would be charged separately from cost above.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning - Starting at $1,300 

    • This add-on would include one planning meeting to plan aspects of the dinner such as invitations, décor, catering, and entertainment.

    • A planner would assist the clients with vendor and venue selection as well as mailing  invitations and managing RSVPs.

    • Vendor services and materials would be charged separately from cost above.

  • Morning After Brunch - Starting at $450

    • This add-on would include one planning meeting to plan aspects of the brunch such as invitations, décor, catering, set up, and clean up.

    • A planner would assist the clients with vendor and venue selection as well as mailing invitations and managing RSVPs.

    • Vendor services and materials would be charged separately from cost above.
